As Colt Rushton's attorney, I thought it was important that I attend Gary Coleman's criminal hearing in Payson, Utah, earlier this morning.

There have been several cases of road rage recently that have ended in serious injury and death to those involved.  Sadly, injuries have been sustained by other innocent parteis as well.  So how can you avoid this ugly situation?

The government is thinking about tightening up the rules on motorcycle helmets.

Actor Gary Coleman was involved in what is being described as a pedestrian accident in Utah early Saturday morning. However, it it not clear if this was really an accident, reckless behavior or intentional conduct.  The facts of the incident show that initially there was nothing more than a minor altercation involving the actor, best known for his appearances in the hit 80s TV show Diff’rent Strokes, and another man, Colt Rushton, at a bowling alley.

I am not much of a sports fan but couldn't help but laugh at this one.  Besides, I thought a light hearted legal sorry might be just what some of you need.
